Day 01: Arrival in Cairo

Arrive at the international airport of Hurghada where you will be met by our representative who will assist you and transfer you to your chosen hotel.

Day 02: 

You will spend the day at leisure, you can enjoy some optional activities that our representative will offer you (Yacht tours, Safari tours, Submarine tours, snorkeling and diving, Swimming with dolphins, Orange bay island day tour, Hurghada parasailing …..etc.

Day 03: 

In the very early morning, you will be met by our Egyptologist guide who will accompany you to Cairo city where you will visit:

The great pyramids of Giza & The Sphinx & Valley Temple

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

A Felucca ride cruising the Great Nile River.

Also, lunch will be served at a local restaurant

Then we will drive back to Hurghada, arrive and back to your hotel.

Day 04: 

You will spend the day at leisure, you can enjoy some optional activities that our representative will offer you (Yacht tours, Safari tours, Submarine tours, snorkeling and diving, Swimming with dolphins, Orange bay island day tour, Hurghada parasailing …..etc.

Day 05: 

In the very early morning, we will start driving to Luxor.

Start the day visiting Luxor’s legendary West Bank – home to the famous Valleys of the Kings, the imposing colonnaded temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the gigantic Colossi of Memnon. See how the ancient Egyptians confounded tomb robbers with the construction of elaborate catacombs, once filled with treasures and highly decorated to allow the pharaoh passage to the afterlife. Then you will visit the great legendary temple of the most famous Egyptian queen, Queen Hatshepsut, back to your hotel in Luxor. A stop for Lunch in a local restaurant, then we will continue our day visiting the East bank, starting with a visit to Karnak Temples. More than a temple, Karnak is a spectacular complex of sanctuaries, pylons, statuettes, and obelisks. Built on a grand scale, Karnak is probably Egypt’s finest ancient temple. A stop for lunch at a nice local restaurant. Then drive to the illuminated Temple of Luxor where we enjoy a tour in the cool evening air. At the end of the day, we will drive back to Hurghada.

Day 06: 

You will spend the day at leisure, you can enjoy some optional activities that our representative will offer you (Yacht tours, Safari tours, Submarine tours, snorkeling, and diving, Swimming with dolphins, Orange Bay island day tour, Hurghada parasailing …..etc.

Day 07: 

You will be transferred to Hurghada International Airport for your final departure.

Payment Policy:

For all the classic tours payment  based on the deposit of 25% of the tour cost is required to confirm the tour reservation at the time of confirming, 75 % will be done upon arrival, all our payments are via PayPal, and we accept credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard ONLY)

Prices:

1. We ask you kindly to e-mail us your approximate arrival dates & the number of travelers to enable us to provide you with an accurate best quotation.
2. Prices given are per person traveling. ‘twin/double’ prices per person apply when there are 2 people traveling, sharing a room.
3. ‘Single supplement’ applies to a single traveler, who requires his own room.
4. Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pounds.
5. The prices quoted per person per tour all inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible.
6. Once your tour is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed.
7. Kindly note that the tour prices are varying from season to season.

Transportation:

All the transportation during the tour is based on private air-conditioned modern vehicles

Children Policy: 

1. 0 – 05.99 Free of Charge,
2. 6 – 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price,
3. 12+ pay full tour price per adult person,

How to confirm a tour:

For confirmation, we need the names of your group & a copy of your passports to confirm the tour, arrival, and departure dates.

Flexibility:

All our tours are private, the vehicles and the tour guide are working only with you and your group, you are free to add or remove any item and match it with your own arrival & departure dates, And accordingly, if there are any changes will accrue in the tour price our guest will be informed with before the tour confirmation

Hotel Rating in Egypt:

Kindly note that the hotel rating in Egypt is not the same as in USA or Europe, so 5* hotels are always recommended. The 3* & 4 * hotels aren’t recommended as we receive complaints from our guests about them.

Overnight Sleeping Trains:

We don’t recommend it, it takes 15 to 18 hours on a very crowded train. The toilets are not clean enough and smelly. Food is not good in general. The beds are not that comfortable. Comment from a client: “However, I am 6’0″ (183 cm) tall and barely fit into the bed — anyone taller would have to curl up.”

We recommend upgrading your reservation to a domestic flight.

Additional Entry Tickets

All tours don’t include entrance fees to some special archaeological sites such as visiting inside one of the pyramids to see the deep burial chambers, the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, or entering the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor ….etc are also available at extra cost.

Alexandria library:

Note: Alexandria Library is closed on every public holiday. Entering the reading area will need an extra ticket cost.
